A lighter coloured late season Damsel the Janssen's Damsel is hand tied incorporating a ginger hackle, wrapped through thorax, clipped top and bottom. The tail is a lighter brown-olive marabou and light chenille thorax. This fly is one of my personal favourites and can be used to great effect with a number of species including Carp, Steelhead and Smallmouth.
