IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE (Updated May. 2022!) Shipments continue to see delays due to the impact of COVID 19 particularly with Canada Post mainly due to the massive increase in packages as more people shop online. Shipments have also been impacted by the Truckers dispute which is having an impact on many components of our supply chain. At this time we are unable to estimate how long a package will take to be delivered as they seem to be moving very slowly between each logistic depot. All shippers have posted delivery time delays, and all on-time delivery guarantees have been suspended by most shippers. Some of these delays we are seeing are quite extended, so please be patient as our most valued front line delivery workers are on overload at this time! New compulsory Covid vaccinations for truckers is also having quite the impact on the overall supply chain. If your order is time sensitive please choose Expedited or Express delivery at checkout. Our fastest service at this time will be UPS. Our apologies, but this is an unprecedented situation for all. 

Notifications have been posted on most shippers websites and it has been headline news on most TV news networks. We are currently finding that even local deliveries are taking up to 7-28 working days as most shippers are completely overwhelmed at this time. We guess they are prioritising medical supplies to our front line workers safety etc. and have adapted new distancing protocols etc. The two fastest options right now seem to be UPS and Express Canada Post. UPS seem to be the most reliable, but no guarantees can be provided at this time. If you chose Canada Post as your delivery method this will avoid contact and will be delivered directly into your mail box. Please be aware that Canada Post does not come with tracking.

Our Shipping Policies are straight forward and clear. If you live in Canada or the USA and the Flies you have ordered total over $60 plus tax. then you qualify for FREE Shipping. Free Shipping or Standard Canada Post is generally not offered on larger sized items, such as most fly boxes, reels, and waders etc. There are also a few very large flies that are excluded, as they are physically too big for us to ship with this economical service. If ordering Fly Boxes or Large Popper flies etc. please choose one of our Expedited or Express services. If you are heading on an important fishing trip then make sure to choose a fast tracked shipping option i.e. UPS or Express Parcel from Canada Post, both are available at checkout.

The FREE Shipping option is sent via our standard Canadian postal delivery service. Delivery lead-times for most of Canada is Generally 3-9 days (depending on your location).  For the USA shipping times average of 3-5 days via USPS tracked. (International fly orders can take up to 21 days if the package is held up in US Customs for inspection). We cannot be responsible for any Customs delays. All paperwork is correct and the goods will clear once they take the time to inspect. Please also allow time for processing as we pick or tie orders in the order they come in.

Reporting Undelivered Packages or Slow Deliveries: If your package does not show up withing 28 working days then please report this to us at that time. We allow up to 60 days to report undelivered mail or packages. Reports of late or non delivered packages outside this time period would be deemed as delivered.

Make sure to leave your contact phone number and allow time for order processing. This can be up to 48+ hours depending on current order levels.

EXPEDITED PARCEL: Generally 1-7 Days (Usually 1-2 Days for GTA, Most parts of Southern Ontario, most parts of QC, Montreal, Quebec City etc. Alberta, Calgary, BC generally 5-7 Days. These are just estimates as Expedited Parcel is not a guaranteed timed service. Expedited Delivery is available with (5 FREE Flies) with orders over $60 for just $11.95 (Canada Only) (Excludes Northern regions, NWT and Remote areas.) Tracking available by request!

FASTEST! FedEx & UPS: Generally 1-4 Days (most areas). If you have an important fishing trip planned? then is our fasted Canadian service, most orders arrive next day. Please also allow time for processing and packing. (Excludes Northern regions, NWT and Remote areas some size and some locations, size and weight restrictions apply) Tracking available by request!

TRACKING & INSURANCE: Included with Expedited or Express Services!

Shipping times vary depending on your location, Customs clearance etc. If you are in a remote location please allow ample time for delivery, higher delivery rates may apply. Tracking numbers are not automatically provided, but they can be requested if you have chosen to upgrade to our USPS tracked service.


IMPORTANT! Tracking is not made available with Free Shipping or Canada Post shipping options! If you need tracking and insurance choose, Expedited, Express or USPS.

Shipping options may be available to some other Countries including Australia and charges will vary depending on the delivery method you choose. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process orders where the billing information is out side of the USA, Canada or Australia, or does not exactly match the delivery address and we do not ship outside of Canada, Australia and the USA at this time.
