BH Copper John Copper - Bead Head. This fly is a newer addition to the fly fishing world, the Bead Head Copper John Copper is a mix mash of 3 different flies, the tail holds similarities to the Prince Nymph, the body holds Brassie qualities, and the thorax has pheasant tail properties. The Copper John Copper with Beadhead has become a huge success because of this merging of well known flies. This fly originated in Western U.S. but has quickly spread throughout North America, and is even a familiar fly to many British anglers. excellant river and still water fly. Fish close to bottom for best results.I find fished below a foam grasshopper is a good set up.
