Spuddler - Muddler Streamer. The Spuddler can be fished as a hopper, sculpin or even a dace type pattern. It is a highly effective pattern when fishing for bigger trout or bass. This fly was originally made to catch the difficult brown trout of Yellowstone River in the Western United States. It however is not limited to only that area. The Spuddler has demonstrated its effectiveness across North America right to the East coast.
